Yolanda De Felice Henry, CPE, CCE and PCT is an experienced Board Certified Electrologist and Permanent Cosmetic Technician using FDA medically approved procedures and state-of-the-art equipment for the permanent removal of unwanted hair and application of pigment for permanent cosmetics. Strict sterilization guidelines are followed and pre-sterilized, disposable needles/probes are used as well as disposable gloves for each patient. Confidentiality and privacy of all patients is strictly observed and special attention is given to difficult cases.

Yolanda is a Board Certified Electrologist and a member of several electrology societies which include the American Electrology Association (AEA), the NY Electrology Association (NYEA), and the Society of Clinical and Medical Hair Removal (SCMHR). Yolanda is also a technician in permanent cosmetics and is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals and the American Academy of Micropigmentaion.
