With the Alexandrite Laser we can treat all areas of the body (except around the eyes). The laser emits a beam of light that passes through the skin to the hair follicle, where it is then absorbed and transformed into heat so that it can disable the follicle.

During the treatment a cooling device is used to provide comfort and protection to the skin. Although the cooling device used will help protect the skin and minimize redness during the treatment, the skin will sometimes become slightly red after the treatment. If any redness does occur, it usually goes away within a few hours.
